He Shucong | Violin Teacher

HeShucong, young violinist, won the Gold Award in the adult group of China’sCCTV Violin Competition in 2014 and was honored the Wenhua Academy Award--the top prize of Chinese music--and the Chinese Music Golden Bell Award. He started his violin learning at the age of four and a half, making him pocket almost all the first prizes in violin competitions in Tianjin. Then he was admitted to the Tianjin Conservatory of Music Middle School and furthered his study led by Professor Jixu Chen. In 2010, Shucong He won the first place in the entrance examination and entered into the Central Conservatory of Music(CCOM),learning from Prof. Liang Chai and Bing Yu, famous violinist as well as well-known educator. He has ever been intellectualized and highly praised by celebrated masters like IvryGitlis, Pinchas Zukerman, Vadim Repin, ModoriGoto and Donald Weilerstein, and has been the member of the Best of the Best Program of CCOM in2012 under the support of state special funds. In 2015, the CCOM enrolled him, again as the first one, as the postgraduate education, meanwhile he learnt from the eminent violinist and educator Pierre Amoyal, an outstanding student of Jascha Heifetz.
